Accuslim Review
What It Is
The weight loss industry is constantly introducing new products and one of
these is Accuslim. You can now find this diet pill in supermarkets, pharmacies and even
health food stores.
The manufacturer claims that Accuslim is a "super sexy diet pill" that allows you to lose 1 to 2 pounds
a week while taking the pill. The website does specifically state that individuals may see different
results.
This is understandable since no two individuals are the same and will each lose weight at a different speed and
rate. The manufacturer also tells individuals that you need to take the pill along with a healthy diet and routine
exercise.
It is good that the Accuslim manufacturer is responsible when educating people about weight loss pills and
telling people that they can lose the same amount through diet and exercise without having to take Accuslim. So
does this mean Accuslim is different from other weight loss pills on the market?
The Evidence
The official website claims that Accuslim primarily contains Citrus Aurantium, which is similar to
ephedra but without the side effects. The website also reports that the ingredient has a long history of
weight loss use, but is just now being discovered.
Citrus Aurantium works for weight loss by increasing metabolism so that fat is burned faster. While this
ingredient can certainly help with weight loss, it is not a new discovery as the website claims.
Many of the ingredients in Accuslim are commonly found in a wide range of diet pills and supplements on the market.
The other ingredients in Accuslim include the following:
- American Ginseng
- Chromium Chelavite
- Eleuthero
- Garcinia Cambogia
- Green Tea Leaf
- Oriental Ginseng
- Rhodiola Rosea
- Vanadium
Many of these ingredients either contain caffeine or are used as stimulants.
These can be harmful and should ideally be avoided. You should also keep in mind that Accuslim requires 1 to 3
capsules before each meal. Even with a minimum dose, you are taking 3 pills a day and this is a lot of
caffeine in addition to what comes naturally from your diet. High amounts of stimulants and caffeine have
been known to cause side effects for some individuals including the following:
- Anxiousness
- Dizziness
- Heart palpitations
- Irritability
- Nausea
- Nervousness
- Restlessness
- Upset stomach
The Verdict
If you want a diet pill that helps you effectively lose weight while still being safe then you probably
don't want to take Accuslim. The manufacturer's website doesn't list any clinical trials or studies to
show that the pill really works. Many of the claims on the manufacturer's website, such as the fact that the
ingredients are new discoveries, simply aren't true.
The ingredients in Accuslim are a fairly common blend for diet pills. This blend typically only leads to new
problems, such as caffeine dependency that masks your existing
conditions. Even if you manage to lose weight while taking Accuslim you will simply regain all the weight the
moment you stop taking the pill if you don't maintain your diet and exercise routine.
